Air in the room very stuffy, because window was not to open. Air conditioning helped only conditionally, so the temperature was much too warm.

That the pool in the hotel had unfortunately closed on our weekend.

Professional staff, good location. For sale pub, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Kalvin Square metro station is within 5 minutes' walk.

Street noise despite closed windows

The location is very central. From the airport there is a bus that stops directly in front of the hotel. Many sights are within walking distance. . The rooms are very quiet, although the hotel is located at a large intersection. . The equipment of the room was good.
What particularly bothered us was that the windows couldn't be opened. This made the air in the room very stuffy. Even the air conditioning/ventilation has only redistributed the air. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom.

Location. Close to Vaci street (lower part). Just beside Metro 3 station (Kalvin ter). 15 minutes walk to Centre. Air- con working well.
Not perfect cleanless of rooms vs stayed in other Accor hotels. Room (9th floor) was close to generator (?) so problem with sleep at night - continous low noise... :( Breakfast choise also not so good.

The staff was very accommodating and the room comfortable.

The location was very handy for the metro, yet you were only about 10 mins walk from the main square. We had a superior room which was lovely, although quite small. Tea and coffee facilities and a mini bar were also provided. The staff were very helpful and overall the hotel was very good.
As priviledge guests we were told our breakfast would be in the bridge bar, which it was for the first morning . This room was lovely, the food was nice and there were only a few people in there. However without any explanation the next morning the bridge bar was not set up for breakfast and we were just expected to eat with everyone else. This was a bit disappointing as the main breakfast room was very busy and there were no tables free when we got there. The food was also of a lower standard. I guess the bridge bar only operates monday to friday which is a shame .
